I’m angry as hell that Vladimir Putin, a man who hates America and all that it stands for, is manipulating us. His plan is to split Americans into hatred tribes of Republicans and Democrats and force Indies to choose a camp. The covid situation is one of his tools. Of course right now he is concentrating on fixing Ukraine.
Covid originated in China. Was it from a wild animal meat market or an accident in a Chinese research lab? I don’t know and China’s leaders are keeping their mouths shut. In any case the virus arrived in America in early 2020 with only public health workers knowing the danger, but American has a great health system, right? So why worry.
By February 2020 COVID still was not a big problem. President Trump tried to ignore it because it interfered with “Making America Great Again”. Putin saw a chance to divide Americans and his agents pushed and pushed the idea that if you supported the president’s goals, don’t get vaccinated or wear a slave mask. Thousands of posts by Putin’s agents changed COVID from a public health into a political issue. His agents started conspiracy theories and encouraged or forced social media users to forward the posts.
COVID made President Trump seriously ill and he was admitted to Walter Reed Hospital for treatment using experimental drugs. Trump got vaccinated to make sure that he could do his work. He tried to ignore the COVID problem, disliked masks because he felt silly wearing one but he wasn’t against vaccinations. He and his family got the jab.
Putin worked to make vaccinations and mask wearing political and he succeeded! Why, because it split American into tribes and caused billions spent on treating the sick and dying. Biden wanted to make vaccinations mandatory, but no American wants to be told what to do. Either you were for the vaccine and masking or against them.
Many politicians followed their political base and kept quiet. Covid was killing mostly unvaccinated voters so more Republicans were dying than Democrats. Putin’s antivaccination plan worked so well that even the Trump family was booed for getting the shots.
Over 900,000 Americans are now dead. It’s the unvaccinated who fill our ICUs and coffins. Surgeries have been delayed. Many billions have been wasted fighting a hoax?
Is COVID still serious? Do you have the courage to ask your local school, hospital or family doctor? I would guess they know more than Facebook or twitter posts from unknown agents.
