What do Trumplican politicians say, “We can’t deprive Americans of their constitutional rights.”
BUT
We have laws prohibiting child pornography—“What about my 1st amendment rights?”
We have laws preventing sale of gasoline in glass bottles—“Where is my freedom of choice?”
We have laws about speed limits—“I’m not hurting anyone unless they get in my way.”
We have laws on seatbelts—“You’re limiting my freedom of movement.”
We have laws on explosives—“Hey, I get a bang out of them.”
We have laws on narcotics and alcohol—“It’s my body, just your robbery and car death.”
We have laws on gun purchases—“Here’s the Federal law.” Why does this keep happening?
Most state laws are looser. Texas says, ”We won’t ask, if you conceal carry. Have fun.”
